All staff are provided annual training on a variety of related topics such as maintaining appropirate staff/student boundaries, child abuse, sexual miscounduct, reporting requirements under Oregon law, recognition of "grooming" behaviors, etc. This training is conducted both though e-learning as well as "in person" at staff meetings at the start of each school year.
