Ms. Eng,

Please let me confirm we have received your email and various phone messages.  I am out of the office this afternoon, but will reach out to you on Monday to follow up on the allegations and provide you with what information I am able.  Is there a time of day on Monday that you would NOT be available to receive my call.

In the meantime, due to the sensitive nature of the materials and allegations you are referring, I must advise that I will be your sole contact at the school district regarding this matter and must direct you to not contact other district employees in this regard.  If you have concerns or wish to contact someone other than myself regarding this issue, your other options would be to contact the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office (by calling either (503) 655-8211 or 911) or you may alternatively contact the State of Oregon's Child Protective Services at 1-855-503-SAFE (7233).

I can also share with you employees of the school district are mandatory reporters regarding any allegations of abuse of a child.  As such, the school district does not conduct the criminal investigation, rather we report and forward any information to one of the above mentioned entities.  It is then those agencies who are responsible to conduct the criminal investigation.  The district follows the direction and results they provide, as we are required to by law.

Hi, i have come into some reports regarding Child Protection investigation regarding your employee Robert Christner.

Reports indicate credible claims of anal rape of a child.

Can you tell me from a Risk Management perspective, if it is still lucrative, beneficial, or therapeutic to keep an alleged child rapist employed working around children?

i found this self-authored piece in Pamplin Media describing his role.

Would you restrict his access to children in the Clackamas school system, if you had access to the medical reports regarding the repeated rapes?

Are Clackamas parents aware that their children are being exposed to a man who is alleged to have raped his adopted son, repeatedly anally and orally?

I would like to find out about your perspective and facilitate sharing information which could be helpful for your background checks.

Perhaps, you would like to look at the reports.

It appears also he changed his original birth name regarding a corruption of a youth charge and an event suspected to involve molestation or rape of a family member in Arizona.

He was required to try to "clear up" these convictions for his teaching license.

please feel free to write me back, or call me at
503 ....

i would like to forward you the devastating reports.
they are very saddening and sickening to read.
I am sorry to know my family members may be endangered if they attend your school.

i apologize for the upsetting nature of this information and hope you will read this email in the serious light it deserves
